You can also see a few such other people who mentioned how they got banned on the same day as installing this program. However, seeing how it happened in the same day - it is very plausible. I opened a ticket and even called the Support, but they don't log the reason of bans nor really look into it. I guess we just have to deal with Rockstar's 'inability' to fix the memory leak of the game.
Though after this, I wouldn't recommend using SysTweak Cacheboost either. The reason why I installed it is SysTweak Cacheboost trial ran out, and this program basically did the same thing.
